How to use this template

  • A map as shared file storage: upload files directly into boxes, columns are the folders.
    • One box per file or file group, upload files into the box content
    • File name in the box title plus a date so the search can find it
    • Share write access if others should upload files, otherwise only the read link
  • Tip for versions: Upload the new version into the same box and remove the old file - or move old versions into the archive column
