How to use the concept board

A board where a project matures from idea to decision - alone or as a team.

- The rough part on the left (idea, goal), the concrete part on the right (decisions, next steps)
- As a team: share write access, everyone adds boxes
- Don't delete discarded ideas, color them gray - this keeps a record of what has already been considered
