How the notes board works

Every note is a box. New thoughts land in the Inbox first, from there you drag and drop them into the right column.

- Short notes: everything in the box title
- Longer notes: keyword in the title, details in the content
- Finished items move to the Archive instead of the trash

Tip: Use box colors as a traffic light - red for urgent, yellow for soon, green for done
